To get some more luggage for the long trips I decided to add some tank panniers, had ordered a set of Wolfman luggage, but these wouldn’t fit very easy on the 950.
Did some modifications to get them to work better.
Cut some slits in the front fairings so I could mount them without the straps going over the tank.
The left side had the loops so took 2 pieces of melting glue rods with a little duct tape around and some hair bands to secure:
And for the right side I used the adjustment parts I had to cut away from the left side, just melted them back together with a soldering iron:
Here is a side view of them on the bike:
Liked this location since its a bit more protected then down on the crash bar.
The way I use them is oil and other messy stuff in the right side, things that I don’t want to leak and if they did would ruin a lot of clothes.
Left side I use for snacks, water, and other things that I want to get hold of easily.
These are NOT waterproof and you have to cut the slits in the fairings. If you can live with that I highly recommend them!

My mother and I would like to develop a blog site similar to this for our website, I stumbled across your site trying to find ideas on the theme and page layout. I am taking some coding class in college however, not confident that I would have the capacity to create a internet site such as this one at this time. Did you code this website on your own or hire a qualified?
I did this on my own with WordPress. I know HTML and CSS, and I learned all on my own. You can visit http://www.htmldog.com, that is the best I think. Then go to http://www.wordpress.org to learna bout WordPress.
Good luck!
Hilary
Found your site, it is kind of cool. Are you interested in a link trade to my blog, Enduro360.com
