1999 Suzuki DR350

Purchased in Missoula, Montana, this new-to-me Suzuki DR350 will be my off road companion. After I give her some improvements!

Modifications

New Tank – Plastic and 3,5 gallons, my new tank will take me much further!

Suzuki DR350 racks – I got some side racks from a great company that will help me hold up my luggage for my trip to Mexico in Fall 2012!

Hand Guards – Those flimsy hand guards that came with this motorcycle did not last long. So I upgraded 🙂

Speedometer – I purchased a bicycle speedometer and am planning to hook it up to the motorcycle. My last mod needed for my Mexico trip!

1995 Suzuki DR 350

From Czech Republic to Sweden

This was my first off road bike. I’ve taken her to Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Sweden. Due to my shortness, some modifications were necessary.

Modifications

Light – I have removed the original light for a much lighter one. Hope to add more lights later this year

Speedometer – I have removed the original speedometer for a trail tech vapor speedometer!

Seat Height – Since I’m 5’3 (160cm), I have lowered the seat height to make it more short person friendly.

Tank – Added a plastic tank, 15L, great on the long trips!

Luggage rack – After having my luggage torn up by my rear wheel in Bulgaria and Serbia, I added a luggage rack.
